1. App Ownership and Intellectual Property

• The content and data available on the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are either the property of Trendsetter LLC or used with permission from third-party owners, or sourced from public sources.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without proper authorization.

2. User Data and Privacy

• We collect user data including name, age, social accounts, and emails that you choose to provide.
• User data is used to enhance your experience, provide personalized content, and for communication purposes.
• Your data is stored in our secure data management system and protected according to industry standards.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
